The Tarro Customer Pizza Referral Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is organized and promoted by Wonders Technologies Corp. (operating under the DBA Tarro, hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), located at 3030 Northern Blvd, Suite 403, Long Island City, NY 11101. The Program is governed by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). All individuals participating in the Program during the promotional period are deemed to have unconditionally agreed to and accepted these Terms. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, participant conduct, or other matters related to the Program, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
Program Period
The Program is valid from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
Referred restaurants must successfully onboard with Tarro (Pizza) during this period to qualify.
Eligibility and Participation
The Program is open exclusively to existing Tarro customers who are in good standing and actively using Tarro services.
To qualify for rewards, referred new customers must meet the following criteria:
- The referrer must be an existing Tarro customer.
- The referred new customer must enter into a valid contract with Tarro and operate a pizza restaurant.
- The referred new customer must successfully complete onboarding and remain an active Tarro customer for a minimum of 90 consecutive days (including any free trial period).
- A “new customer” is defined as a restaurant that has not been a Tarro customer within the past 365 days.
- The referrer’s account must remain active and in good standing at the time of reward issuance.
Referral Rewards
Referrers (Existing Tarro Customers):
- Referrers will receive $1,000 in Tarro bill credit or cash check for each successful referral.
- The reward will be issued within 90 days after the referred restaurant has completed three full months of active service (including the free trial).
- Customers may refer multiple new restaurants and earn unlimited referral rewards.
- The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and may modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Referred Customers (New Tarro Customers):
- New customers are eligible for a free trial period upon onboarding.
- They must remain active for at least 90 consecutive days for their referrer to qualify for the reward.
Additional Terms
- Tarro reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise decided by the Company.
- Suspended or paused accounts are not eligible for rewards.
Legal Liability
- The Company, its directors, and employees are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in or the receipt of referral rewards.
- Participants agree not to hold Tarro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents liable for any claims or legal actions resulting from the acceptance or use of rewards, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
