The October Tarro Promotion Event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is organized and promoted by Wonders Technologies Corp., DBA Tarro, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), located at 3030 Northern Blvd, Suite 403, Long Island City, NY 11101, and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). All participants who engage in the event during the event period will be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes regarding the Terms and Conditions, participant behavior, or other matters related to the event, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
- Event Period:
Oct 1, 2026 – Oct 31, 2026. - Eligibility and Participation Criteria:
Participants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the event:
Three-Month Service Fee Discount:
New customers are eligible for a discounted service fee for three consecutive full calendar months. The first full month will receive a 50% discount, while the second and third full months will each receive a 25% discount. Eligibility for this promotion is subject to the terms of this agreement and the service standards set by the Company. After the promotional period, the service fee will automatically revert to the prevailing standard rate.
*Definition of "Full Month": A “full month” refers to a complete calendar month, from the 1st to the last day of the month. If the service does not begin on the 1st of a given month, that month is not considered a “full month,” and the first full month will be the following calendar month.
One-Year Free SMS Service Plan:
New customers who operate a restaurant in the U.S. and sign up for the full-time service are eligible for a one-year free SMS service plan from the Company. As part of the SMS service, the Company will send at least one standardized SMS message on behalf of the restaurant to their customer base per month, with the content and timing of the message determined by the Company. The plan is valid for one year from the start of the service.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue the SMS service plan at any time. Customers must use the full-time service continuously for one year to maintain eligibility for the free SMS plan. Failure to do so may result in termination of the SMS service.
By participating in the SMS service plan, customers assume all legal responsibility for the content of the SMS messages sent on their behalf by the Company. The Company is not liable for any claims, complaints, or legal actions arising from the SMS service. Should a customer receive complaints or legal threats from their patrons, the customer assumes full responsibility for the consequences.
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS service plan at any time without prior notice. When possible, customers will be informed of any changes in advance. Customers agree to receive messages from Company regarding the SMS service plan, including but not limited to updates, notifications, and important announcements. Customers can opt out of the plan at any time.
Apple Watch SE
Participants eligible for Apple Watch SE must meet the following conditions during the promotion period: They must be a qualified restaurant owner serving Chinese, Japanese, or Cajun seafood cuisine, have not previously interacted with the company's sales representatives (including via phone, WeChat, email, etc.), and successfully complete a sales research call.Limited to the first 75 participants who register.Each eligible participant may choose either one Apple Watch SE or one $200 gift card, but not both. Only one gift may be claimed per business entity.
(Gift contents are subject to change without prior notice.) - Other Conditions:
Each customer can only receive one gift. The event is limited to one gift per business entity, regardless of the number of locations operated by that business. Participants acknowledge and agree that the event applies to all of a business’s locations and cannot be applied to individual locations separately.
The event cannot be combined with other promotions or redeemed for cash.
The Company reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility. The Company also reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at any time without prior notice. - Legal Liability:
The Company and its directors and employees are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or dissatisfaction incurred by participants as a result of participating in or winning prizes from the event.
Participants agree not to pursue legal action or seek compensation from Tarro or its partner companies, directors, employees, or agents for any losses (including special, indirect, or consequential losses) resulting from the acceptance or use of prizes. These losses include, but are not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.

新客户可享连续三个月的服务费折扣优惠：首个“整月”享 50% 折扣，第二个及第三个“整月”各享 25% 折扣。上述折扣的适用须符合本协议相关条款及服务标准。优惠期满后，服务费将自动恢复为标准费率。
注：“整月”指自然月的完整周期，即当月 1 日至当月最后一日。如服务未在某月 1 日开始，则该月不构成“整月”，下一完整自然月方视为优惠期的起始“整月”。
一年免费短信服务计划：
在美国经营餐厅并开通全职服务的新客户有资格免费获得公司的短信服务计划，为期一年。该短信服务计划有效期一年，客户自服务开始之日起每月至少可发送一条免费短信给其客户群，短信为标准化内容并由公司自行决定发送。
公司保留随时关闭短信服务计划的权利。客户必须在一年的时间内始终使用公司的全职服务，以保持符合获得短信服务计划的资格。未能做到这一点可能导致终止短信服务。
通过参与短信服务计划，客户对其让公司代发的短信消息内容承担所有法律责任。公司对于短信服务计划引起的任何索赔、投诉或法律行动不负责。如果顾客向餐馆投诉或威胁提起法律诉讼，客户将独自对任何后果负责。
公司保留随时修改或终止短信服务计划的权利，恕不另行通知。在可能的情况下，客户将提前被告知任何更改。
客户同意接收食客通关于短信服务计划的消息，包括但不限于更新、通知和重要公告。客户可以随时选择退出计划。
Apple Watch SE：
有资格获得Apple Watch SE的参与者必须在活动期间满足以下条件：是符合资格的餐厅老板，提供中餐、日餐或手抓海鲜菜系的菜肴，之前未与公司的销售代表（包括电话、微信、电子邮件等）交流过，并成功完成销售调研电话。Limited to the first 75 participants who register.Each eligible participant may choose either one Apple Watch SE or one $200 gift card, but not both. 每位客户只能获得一个礼品。活动每个企业实体限制为一个，无论该企业运营的位置数量。参与者承认并同意该活动适用于企业的所有位置，不能个别应用于每个位置。

公司保留验证参与者资格的权利。公司保留随时修改或终止活动的权利，恕不另行通知。 - 法律责任
公司及其董事、职员对任何活动参与者因参加或获奖造成的损失、伤病或不满，均不承担任何责任。
参与者同意不就因接受或使用奖品而造成的任何损失（包括特殊、间接及连带损失）而向食客通及其伙伴公司之董事、职员或代理人提出诉讼或寻求赔偿。这些损失包括但不仅限于个人伤病、死亡或财物损失。
《条款及细则》中若有任何条款无效、非法或不可执行，均不得影响其他条款的规定，并应保持十足效力及作用。
